Status: Daily Bread is open and has food available on Wednesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at 2100 San Antonio Street, Suite 120!

All you need to bring is your UT ID. If you have reusable grocery bags, bring them in order to help us be sustainable.

You're not required to prove that you're in need; we believe you.

In order to make it easier for you to plan where you'll get your food, the Daily Bread team would like to inform you that Daily Bread may only have food available when classes are in session during the Fall and Spring semesters. You may need to make other arrangements during the winter and summer.

How You Can Get Involved

Donate

Make a monetary donation by using Venmo to send money to @LuMin-Austin (Lutheran Campus Ministry Austin). Indicate the donation is for Daily Bread, and we will allocate all of your donation to Daily Bread and its operation. You can also donate by using a check. Please make it out to Lutheran Campus Ministry - Austin. 

If you would like to donate shelf-stable food items, you can drop them off at our location between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays, or 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Volunteer

We are currently not quite large enough to provide meaningful work for volunteers, but if you would like to indicate your interest in volunteering so that we can reach out to you when we have meaningful work for volunteers to do, fill out this short form.
